Oversight & Accountability
Our Board of Directors and Executive Team set the tone and are actively engaged in our ESG strategy. The Corporate Governance Committee of our Board of Directors has oversight responsibility for issues relating to corporate responsibility and environmental, social and governance matters affecting the Company. In fiscal 2022, we formalized our internal Sustainability Committee, a group of cross-functional senior leaders, to lead our ESG program. As our strategy develops, we are committed to ongoing reporting and transparency on this webpage and other reports, including aligning our reporting with leading frameworks.
Sustainable Development Goals
We have aligned our goals with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We believe Dycom can have the most significant impact on the following SDGs, Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth and Climate Action.
